4.5 room apartment in Hottingen of 93 m2 with parking spot next to the house, own tumbler and washing machine in the apartment and small storage room in the basement. It is a quietly situated apartment with a convenient floor plan at raised ground floor level (Hochparterre), as such you are within the greenery but in your own private place, as you don't see the people and cars on the street. The apartment is a very nicely renovated altbau wohnung and well maintained. Local shops are around the corner as well as the tram stop, Kunsthaus and the forrest. If you want you can, in addition to the parking spot next to the house, rent a parking spot in a garage next to Sorbetto (+ CHF 195 p/m)(if ok for the owner). We currently pay CHF 3'290 of rent (which might slightly increase - tbc) + CHF 190 for the parking spot next to the house. As we are moving abroad, the rent starts at 31 July 2026.
