The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained building and is located on a quiet one-way street in the heart of Seefeld, and with two balconies.

Only 10 minutes to the lake and 3 minutes to the Botanical Garden, Coop and Migros. The area has great cafés and restaurants, and public transport is very accessible and convenient.
