The area is quiet, green, and very close to Uetliberg. It is a calm and comfortable place to live with very good connections to the city center.

Important:
This is a lease takeover (Nachmieter / contract transfer). The deposit is equal to 3 months’ rent. Please note that some large furniture items must be purchased by the new tenants. Pets are not allowed.
