Hi everyone,

I am subletting my furnished studio apartment located in Zürich city (within the 110 zone), with a strong likelihood of long-term lease take-over at the end of the sublet. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (accessible by both stairs and elevator), with standard amenities (a balcony, a washing machine and dryer shared with other tenants, basement storage, etc).

Dates: August 1st - September 30th (with the probability to take over the lease)
Location: Triemli, within easy walking distance of the tram and bus stop, Coop, Migros, apotheke + post office. 20 minutes to Zürich HB by tram.

• A brief introduction of yourself (job, lifestyle, and other relevant information).
• Whether you are interested in taking over the lease.

Note: please make sure that you have your relevant documents ready (including debt registry extract, salary slips or financial proof, work contract, ID, Swiss residence permit), because if we reach an agreement, we will need these documents for the contractual procedure immediately.
