I am giving up my apartment after 6 years because I am leaving Switzerland and I am looking for someone to take over.

IMPORTANT:
The contract must start on August 1st.
I am looking for someone who does not own his/her own furniture as I intend to sell my furniture (in the photos) for 1780 CHF.
If you do not meet the 2 conditions above, please do not contact me.

The apartment was renovated in 2020, it looks very nice and it is fully furnished as shown in the photos. It is on the 1st floor (no elevator). It has fridge, oven, glass-ceramic hob, microwaves, etc. The apartment is next to Metalli, 4 minutes walking distance to Zug main train station.
