Hello! :)

I am looking for someone to take over my small and cozy apartment in Altstetten.

Availability: End of July / Mid of August

Location: Altstetten close to the Hallenbad.

5-10 min walk to Migros, Coop, Denner 5-10 min walk to Farbhof and Lindenplatz bus stops 10-15 min walk to Bahnhof Altstetten

The Apartment: Size - exact size unknown Living space - estimated just under 30m2 Balcony - 4.5m2 Storage Room - Size unknown

Entrance with wardrobe storage. Bathroom with a good shower and a small storage above the sink. Kitchen with a gas stove and oven, small fridge with a freezer compartment and decent cupboard storage. Main room with northeast facing windows and balcony. Storage room in the basement including an old shelf unit. Shared washing machines (2) and a dryer (1) in the basement - usually easy to book and use.

Overall the apartment is very nice and cozy even though it is small. The neighbours are very nice and the administration is supportive when needed. The neighbourhood is green and quiet, fun to walk around and shopping and public transport options within 5-10 minute walking distance. Can highly recommend :)
