1.5 Room flat for take over
Location: Kreis 4.
I am looking for someone to take over my flat in Wiedikon. The flat is fully furnished and I would be looking for someone to take over the furniture as well. Furniture listed below, as well as included in the pictures. The flat has a cellar space, suitable to store a bike, several sets of skis and some odds and ends. The washer and dryer are shared in the basement. No scheduled dates to use the washer/dryer, use whenever. Flat is great, you can sit on the couch in the morning and drink coffee in the sun. There is a small balcony.
Takeover date: The flat is available on 15.07.2026.

Furniture included is the following:

1. Kitchen: table and chairs, wooden counter top extender
2. Bedroom: couch, bookshelf, wardrobe, bed, desk (electric to standing desk), lamps, rug and bedside table,
3. Entryway: shoe/coat rack.
4. Bathroom: Under sink cabinet.

Suitable individuals for a takeover have at least 3x the monthly rent as income and can provide a debt extract upon request.
Cost of furniture take over: 1500 CHF (negotiable).
I will have the flat cleaned for the take over.
