A cozy and well-maintained 35 m² furnished studio apartment is available in the very center of Lucerne – just a 10-minute walk from the main train station. The location is unbeatable: only steps from the lake, close to all essential shops, and a short stroll to Lucerne’s charming Old Town.

The apartment is rented on a daily basis for 70 CHF per night and is available 4 days per week. I’m looking for a long-term tenant who would like to make regular use of the apartment – for example, as a business apartment or second accommodation.

The studio comes fully furnished and includes all basic appliances – ideal for someone seeking a ready-to-move-in space in a vibrant, convenient neighborhood.

This is a shared-living arrangement. The owner uses an apartment 3 nights per week.

This offer suits someone who values their own quiet, comfortable place in Lucerne and needs it for up to 4 days per week. But not suitable as main residence.
