I am subletting my lovely 2.5-room apartment in a modern new building in Zürich Altstetten (in-between Freihofstrasse and Letzigrund tram / bus station) for a period of one year (with the potential option afterwards to take over the apartment fully). The apartment is partially furnished and in very well-kept, near-new condition – I am looking for a careful and reliable tenant who will enjoy a well-maintained, modern home.

Location
The apartment is located in a central area of Zürich Altstetten with very good public transport connections. Tram and bus stops are nearby and offer quick connections to the city centre and Zürich main station. Shopping facilities are easily accessible, including a Lidl, Letzipark shopping centre and the centre of Altstetten. For leisure and recreation, Badi Letzigraben and the nearby Limmat are also within reach.

I Am Looking For
A reliable, clean, and tidy person who will take good care of the apartment and furniture, treat neighbours and the building with respect, and is a non-smoker. Smoking inside the building / apartment is not permitted.
