Die gemeinschaftliche Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler befindet sich im UG, und wird nur mit einer anderen Partei geteilt, es gibt keinen Waschplan!

Die Wohnung wird befristet vermietet, vorerst für 1 Jahr, mit Aussicht auf Verlängerung, falls Interesse des Mieters besteht.

The apartment offers approximately 40 m² of living space, including a spacious and bright living room (20 m²), an entrance area with a kitchen and dining space (12 m²), a small bathroom (3 m²), and a cozy bedroom (5 m²) with a built-in bed measuring 1.80 m wide.

The apartment also features a small covered patio/veranda and a private parking space directly in front of the house.

A shared laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is located on the lower ground floor and is shared with only one other tenant. There is no laundry schedule, so you can use the facilities whenever they are available.

The apartment is offered on a fixed-term lease, initially for one year, with the possibility of an extension if the tenant is interested.
