I am looking for someone to take over my bright and spacious 2.5-room apartment in Wiedikon, available from 15 August 2026.

The apartment is generously sized, filled with natural light, and fully equipped. It is ideally located in the heart of Wiedikon, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, public transport, and many other amenities. You can ask the property to rent a parking lot.

Please note that the building is scheduled to be demolished at the end of March 2027. The property management will decide in August 2026 whether the tenancy can be extended by an additional five months beyond that date.
