We are moving out before the end of our notice period and are looking for someone to take over our bright 2.5-room apartment (60 m2) at Boulevard Lilienthal 5, Glattpark (Opfikon), from 1 October 2026.

- CHF 2'134/month incl. utilities
- winter garden that can be used as an extra room, so it lives almost like a 3.5
- own washer and dryer inside the apartment
- quiet and peaceful location: 2 min to Coop, 3 min to Clever Fit gym
- no parking included; an underground garage spot can be rented for approx. CHF 170/month

We would prefer to hand the apartment over together with all the furniture as a complete package (CHF 1,600, list and photos on request).

- kein Parkplatz inklusive; Tiefgaragenplatz kann für ca. CHF 170/Monat dazugemietet werden

Wir würden die Wohnung bevorzugt zusammen mit den Möbeln übergeben (Gesamtpaket CHF 1'600, Liste und Fotos auf Anfrage).
