You will be sharing the apartment with a 26-year-old male who works as an investment advisor at a bank. He is calm, tidy, and respectful. He enjoys playing video games, cooking, practice sport and appreciates relaxing in his room in the evenings, while also valuing pleasant and respectful interactions at home.

Important Note: The apartment has a flatmate who is the main tenant, so I am looking for someone to take over the contract for the available room.
