I am leaving my comfortable studio by the end of August. The studio is 4 minutes on foot from the train station of Renens, from which one is able to get anywhere around Lausanne very quickly; for example:

• UNIL/EPFL in ~10 minutes, and
• Lausanne city centre in ~15 minutes.

The studio is also 3 minutes on foot from supermarkets such as Migros and COOP, the weekly market in Renens, and many other amenities available in centre of Renens.

The living space comes equipped with a spacious kitchen, including a 4-top stove, oven, a full-sized fridge, and also a separate full-sized freezer. Being located on the ground floor, the studio has access to a spacious semi-private backyard. Underground, the unit comes with a large private cellar and shared laundry space.

The unit can come furnished or unfurnished. Move-in date is flexible in mid- to late-August, and is contingent on arranging the requisite paperwork with the rental agency.
