After enjoying this lovely apartment for multiple years, we will be moving to a new place this month and are looking for someone to take over the lease starting September.

Overall this is a great apartment if you want a super convenient and central place while still feeling calm and close to green spaces.

• Bright living room with large windows on both side of the corner.
• Kitchen/living room can unified or separated by sliding door. Best of both worlds!
• 1 Bathroom with walk-in shower.
• Renovated in 2022.
• Dishwasher/Washing Machine/Tumbler. In great condition and have apps (if you are into that).
• Balcony.
• Pets allowed.
• We never hear the neighbours.
• Cellar.
• No elevator.

Location:

• All supermarkets: Coop (2 min), Denner (2 min), Migros (5 min), Lidl (10 min), Asian (10 min).
• Restaurants in all directions. The Lochergut area is a 5 min walk away and has some of the best cafes, restaurants and hang out spots in the city.
• Green spaces: You look over Fritschiewiese from the living room. Right next to the beautiful Friedhof Sihlfeld which takes you all the way to Uetliberg through green pedestrian paths.
• Public transport: Bus 72 (1 min), Bus 33, 83 (2 min), Tram 2/3 (2 min).
• Distances by public transport: HB 15 min. Airport 25-30 min (Bus to Hardbrucke + Train).
