The apartment is preferably offered furnished. The furniture can be taken over by the new tenant for a reasonable price, to be agreed directly.

Important information for prospective tenants:

• Deposit: 3 months’ rent (CHF 3,690 in total), payable at the beginning of the tenancy.
• A permanent employment contract is required.
• A debt enforcement register extract (Betreibungsregisterauszug) is required.
