I am renting a large living room in my spacious 3.5-room apartment in Zurich from 1 September 2026. The apartment is 120 m² and will be shared by only two people: myself and the new tenant.

The apartment is located directly by Bucheggplatz, with excellent connections to Zurich HB, Oerlikon, and Hardbrücke, all reachable in less than 10 minutes. It is fully furnished, so you can move in easily without needing to bring furniture.

The apartment is calm, warm, and very spacious, with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the city and the mountains. It is ideal for someone looking for a comfortable, relaxed, and well-connected home rather than a crowded shared flat.

About myself
I am a doctor (33-year old male) working in research and development in a biotech company in the field of cancer immunotherapy. I am tidy, organized, and usually very busy during the week, leaving in the morning and coming back in the evening.
I value privacy and a calm home atmosphere, but I am also friendly, sociable, and welcoming. Outside work, I enjoy tennis, hiking, skiing, and spending time in nature. I am easygoing and respectful, and I like the apartment to remain peaceful and relaxed.

What I am looking for
I am looking for a clean, organized, calm, and respectful person to share the apartment with. Since we will be only two people living together, it is important that we respect each other’s privacy and maintain a pleasant home atmosphere.

This is not suitable for someone looking for a party apartment or someone who frequently invites many people over. I appreciate kindness, consideration, and good communication.
