This is a lovely apartment with a large bedroom and good sized living room / kitchen. The kitchen appliances are relatively new and everything works quite well. It is right across from Milchbuck tram/bus stop, which makes it very conveniently connected to Zurich and Oerlikon. There is street noise, but the windows are incredibly well sound insulating (3 layers) and because the flat is east facing, it doesn't get hot too often. In winter, its very warm and cozy.

The laundry is in the basement and without set times or schedule - you can almost always spontaneously do your laundry without worrying about someone else. The basement also has a back entrance at the same level, so it's easy to store a bicycle down there without having to carry it up/down stairs.
