The house is surrounded by (vegetable) gardens, has an ideal location not far from the center and main station, close to the lake, and university campus, and is well connected by bus.

The place is ideal for a couple or small family. The place is very suitable for cats. The monthly rent is about 2,650 CHF per month (electricity excluded). The house is owned by a private person.
