Wir sind die aktuellen Mieter dieser hellen und gepflegten 2.5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit ca. 68 m2 Wohnflaeche in Neuenhof und suchen eine geeignete Nachmieterin oder einen geeigneten Nachmieter zur Uebernahme des bestehenden Mietverhaeltnisses.
Ausstattung

• Eigene Waschmaschine und eigener Tumbler in der Wohnung
• Kellerabteil
• Tiefgaragenplatz mit direktem Liftzugang
• Geschirrspueler, Kuehlschrank und Warmwasserboiler wurden 2024-2025 ersetzt
• Einige Moebel koennen nach Absprache mit der Nachmieterschaft in der Wohnung bleiben
• Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hauseingang, mit ca. 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof Baden und 30 Minuten zum Zuerich HB mit oeffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln
• Blick auf die Schafe (je nach Saison :D)

Miete und Verfuegbarkeit
Monatlicher Gesamtmietzins: CHF 2043.10, inklusive Nebenkosten und Tiefgaragenplatz.

Die Wohnung ist ab 1. November 2026 verfuegbar. Eine fruehere Uebernahme ist nach Absprache ebenfalls moeglich.

• Some furniture can be left in the apartment if agreed with the new tenant
• Bus stop directly in front of the building entrance, with approx. 15 minutes to Baden Bahnhof and 30 minutes to Zürich HB by public transport
• View towards the sheep (depending on the season :D)

Rent and availability
Total monthly rent: CHF 2,043.10, including ancillary costs and underground parking.

The apartment is available from 1 November 2026. An earlier takeover may also be possible by agreement.
